3. Micro-practice
Heartfulness AEIOU: after meditation, or whenever you are connecting to your heart, allow this inner condition to be active: Absorb, Imbibe, Enliven, be One with it, and Unite with it. Try to engage in any of your activities with this quality of being.
4. Heartfulness practice
Inner connection before sleeping: meditate as follow for 10 to 15 min before sleeping.
Close your eyes and relax, with your attention drawn very gently towards the heart. Think that “The source of light which is already present inside my heart is drawing my attention inward, it is pulling my attention inward.”
If thoughts do arise, gently remind yourself that we are in meditation, meditating on the source of light.
Rest your attention in the heart, feel the longing that is there in the heart to be one, and the highest you can be. Call upon this deepest Self for guidance. Try to go deeper within.
5. Journaling prompt:
You can set a timer for 3 to 7 minutes and just allow your pen to flow freely, letting your thoughts be captured by your journal. Just write the prompt below and allow yourself to be surprised, writing continuously without a filter. The only "rule" is not to stop writing during the time of the exercise, even if the writing "moves" in a different direction from the initial prompt. Ready? Let it flow...
“I take good decisions when I…”
